Mandarin My Way is a Mandarin Chinese learning application that provides educational content, vocabulary study tools, quizzes, listening exercises, pronunciation practice, tone training, and related language-learning resources.
Mandarin My Way is a subscription-based service. Access to the application's features and educational content requires an active subscription purchased through Google Play.
Subscription options, pricing, trial availability, billing terms, and renewal details are displayed within Google Play before purchase.
All purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing transactions are processed through and governed by Google Play's billing system and policies.

Unless otherwise noted, the software, educational content, graphics, audio, quizzes, text, and design elements contained within Mandarin My Way are the property of Mandarin My Way and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Mandarin My Way also incorporates certain third-party open-source software and data resources that remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership rights. Information regarding these resources and their licenses is provided within the application where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to the user.
We strive to keep Mandarin My Way available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, content, and services may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
