Welcome to Mandarin My Way. By downloading, accessing, or using Mandarin My Way, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Mandarin My Way is a Mandarin Chinese learning application that provides educational content, vocabulary study tools, quizzes, listening exercises, pronunciation practice, tone training, and related language-learning resources.
Mandarin My Way is a subscription-based service. Access to the application's features and educational content requires an active subscription purchased through Google Play.
Subscription options, pricing, trial availability, billing terms, and renewal details are displayed within Google Play before purchase.
All purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing transactions are processed through and governed by Google Play's billing system and policies.
Mandarin My Way integrates Yodo1 MAS (Mobile Ads SDK), an advertising mediation service that may display advertisements supplied by third-party advertising networks. Depending on the app version and available features, advertisements may include interstitial ads and optional rewarded video ads.
Rewarded advertisements are optional. Any in-app benefit associated with a rewarded advertisement is subject to the conditions presented within the app and successful confirmation of the completed advertisement. Ad availability, format, timing, and eligibility may vary. We do not guarantee that any particular advertisement or reward opportunity will always be available.
Third-party advertising providers may collect or process information, such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from network information, and ad interaction data, subject to applicable law, device settings, consent choices, and the providers' privacy policies. Advertisements may promote third-party products or services. Mandarin My Way does not control all third-party ad content and is not responsible for transactions or interactions between users and third-party advertisers, except as required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise noted, the software, educational content, graphics, audio, quizzes, text, and design elements contained within Mandarin My Way are the property of Mandarin My Way and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Mandarin My Way also incorporates certain third-party open-source software and data resources that remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership rights. Information regarding these resources and their licenses is provided within the application where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to the user.
We strive to keep Mandarin My Way available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, content, and services may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Mandarin My Way is provided as an educational resource. We do not guarantee any particular language-learning outcome, proficiency level, examination result, or educational achievement.
Mandarin My Way is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mandarin My Way shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the application.
Your use of Mandarin My Way is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which should describe relevant advertising SDKs, third-party data processing, and available privacy choices.
