Mandarin learning app documentation
Mandarin My Way
Interactive Mandarin Chinese learning built around speech pathology, tones, vocabulary, example sentences, lexicology, and stress-free sandbox study.

What is Mandarin My Way?
Mandarin My Way is an Android Mandarin Chinese learning app built around student-controlled study. It combines speech pathology, Pinyin, tone training, dictionary search, HSK vocabulary study, lexicology, drawing practice, quizzes, example sentences, and customizable display settings.
The app is intentionally designed as a sandbox rather than a rigid linear course. Students can repeat audio, focus on weaknesses, hide or reveal information, compare sounds, work with ten-word study sets, and test themselves in low-stress ways.
Why it is different
The Speech Pathology section is a major differentiator. Mandarin My Way gives learners mobile access to articulation videos that show how Mandarin sounds are produced, including vocal cord use, tongue placement, palate position, and plosive sound behavior.
The wider learning system is built to reduce cognitive load. Instead of forcing one path, it gives students control over what they see, hear, test, and repeat.
